type='text'>Hetkel on testimises veidi uus metoodika võtmetren...</title><content type='html'>Hetkel on testimises veidi uus metoodika võtmetrennides ja seepärast ei kirjuta veel sellelt oluliselt. Pole varem kasutanud aga iseenesest täitsa meeldib aga vara veel sellest kirjutada.&lt;br /&gt;Vorm on muidu täitsa ok - viimased nädalad ennem maratoni.&lt;br /&gt;Pärnu jooks iseenesest sobib mulle - just plaani järgi pikem jooks siis ette nähtud, võib ju siis teha väheke pikemalt :D nii et 80% tõenäosusega jooksen seal. Minu jaoks liiga suur piin :D&lt;br /&gt;Aga minimalistlikke tossusid on küll kasutuses ja mõned ootavad suve :P Kui siin avaldatud kirjutistest välja luggeda, siis tuleb välja, et toestatud tosse peaks kandma kauem kui on nende eluiga (800-1500km), et alles siis on tallad piisavalt kõvaks põrutatud ning saab normaalselt jooksma hakata :D Endal on tegelikult praegu ka kasutuses paar paari, millel on kõvasti üle 2000km hinge all ja leiavad kasutust veel pikalt. Varem vahetasin küll ca iga 1500km tagant, mis teeb 2kuuga 1paar. Korraga on tavaliselt kasutuses 4-6paari, olenevalt treeningu iseloomust ja asukohast ja vajadusest jätta tossudele puhkepäevi. Lugedes su 15-20min ootamisi, siis said isegi hästi veel hakkama, mul mustakal tavaliselt ikka kauem läheb enne kui arst vastu võtab.&lt;br /&gt;Mul endal jama kandadega ning käisin mustamäel arstil. Kui arst kuulis, et tegelen jooksmisega, siis pööritas silmi ja pobises omaette ning andis mõista, et sport on tervisele kahjulik ja veel eriti jooksmine. Õnneks saatis nii röntgenisse kui ka ultrahelisse ning tulemuseks oli see, et ei näinud arst midagi, katsudes ei saanud ta ka midagi aru, sest mul valu ei olnud kombates. Põhimõtteliselt tõstis ta käed üles ja andis alla ning saatis mu minema öeldes, et võibolla teeb viga kõõluse kinnitus kannale ning sellega asi piirdus, ei mingit soovitust ravile ega midagi. Otsustasin siis artrosport kliinikusse minna kus sain dr. Meiterni jutule, kes põhimõtteliselt mu juttu lõpuni kuulmata pani diagnoosi ära. Aga tegelikult mul pole praegu oma hetkevõimetest aimugi, kuna esimene võistlus alles ilmselt järgmisel nädalal. Trennis ma kunagi võistluskiirusteni pole jõudnud. Ma pigem tahaks teada, mida teha, et pulssi tõsta - mitte kuidagi ei saa üle 160, ükskõik kui kõvasti ka vaeva näha :D. &lt;br /&gt;Pikad ja rahulikud trennid - vale vastus, vastupidi: pikk ja aeglane jooks ei arenda oluliselt vaid õpetabki sind jooksma AEGLASELT, mis sest et pikemalt. Vähemalt minu puhul selline lähenemine ei aita. Pigem 2varianti - (kui eriti ei jaksa joosta-alguses)joosta pikalt aga teha pidevalt sees päris kiireid kiireendusi (näiteks tõusuosad kiirelt ja alla kasvõi kõndida kui ei jaksa)  nn pikk fartlek (kasutasin palju peale luumurdu uuesti jooksuvormi ja pulsi saavutamiseks: 1-1,5kuuga olin jälle heas vormis), &lt;br /&gt;2variant pikemad jooksud aga sugugi mitte väga rahulikus tempos ja üritada näiteks iga nädal 5sek/km peale kiiremalt seda joosta. ise tippsündmuseks ei pe...</title><content type='html'>tegu ilmselt L.V. -ga? :P&lt;br /&gt;ise tippsündmuseks ei pea Riiat - üle kivide ja kändude on see ettevalmistus läinud ja praegugi segab see kukkumisest saadud põlvevalu aga tasapisi paraneb ja tahaks aasta alustuseks lihtsalt enam-vähem normaalse tulemuse seal kirja saada. 2:50 rahuldab täielikult, 2:40ilmselt jääb seekord veel kätte saamata - pole ju eriti korraliku asfaldi peal saanud pikki ja kiiremaid jookse teha, eks see tahab väheke harjumist. aga vaatab, kuidas läheb. rahul ka siis tegelikult, kui üldse lõpetan :D :P ei sea mingeid eesmärke - jooksen nagu enesetunne lubab ja tol ajahetkel sees on!
